After an incident with another vessel in Gladstone, Kullaroo steamed down to be lifted with The Yard Brisbane and undergo works by Harrap Marine Industries.
Repair works included removal and reinstatement of winches and mast, major hull repair to the affected areas including blasting and painting, internal repairs to affected cabins, scantling, bulkheads, piping, linings and lagging. Our client, SMIT Marine Australia also used this opportunity to complete scheduled docking tasks which were conducted throughout the same time frame as the repair. Thanks to our workers, partners and subcontractors, the job was successfully completed to have the vessel returned and back into service.
